I will try to keep these simple.

All graphics are drawn by me (and/or made following tutorials) and therefore copyrighted by me!

There is not such thing as public domain, so mine isn't!

Always provide a link back to http://doodlepad.linescountrydomain.com/ on the same page you use my graphics on

These graphics are for your personal, family friendly, non-profit web pages only (not for printing!)

Don't alter my graphics in any way, no re-sizing, re-coloring, adding text or anything like that...unless otherwise stated

Don't create new graphics, stationery, tubes etc from my graphics

These graphics are ment to be downloaded (only linkware) from this site only - don't share them via egroups or offer them for downloading on your site or include in any collection!

No direct linking- that's bandwidth theft!!!Ask if not sure what this means!

I reserve the right to refuse a sale to anyone as well as the right to change my terms at any point in time without notification.

Pre-made adoptions terms

Pre-made adoptions will only go to one home and will be sold on a first come first serve basis.

You must have a no right click script AND the no image toolbar script on the page(s) you will be placing the pre-made image.

A payment request will be made via email once your order is placed and I have found your website to be in accordance with my terms,

Payment for pre-made adoptions must be made within 48 hours of the payment request.

If payment is not made within that time, the adoption will go to the next person.

Purchased graphics will be sent via email with the matching certificates once payment has been received.

There are NO refunds once the graphic has been sent.

The adoptions are not for use in email or for making signature tags, stationery, banners, websites, tubes, cards, printables, filters, brushes, tubes, fonts, or other current/future software plugins.

Sigtag Terms

Graphics will be sold unlimted unless otherwise stated.

Payment for pre-made adoptions must be made within 48 hours of the payment request. If payment is not made within that time, your order will be considered cancelled.

Purchased graphics will be sent via email once payment has been received.

There are NO refunds once the graphic has been sent.

Any sig tag used must be linked back to http://doodlepad.linescountrydomian.com on the same page that the image is being displayed. (A text link is acceptable)

They are for PERSONAL use only. This means they cannot be used for profit and that you may not alter, change, colorize, resize, or modify any signature tag image in any way!

You may not use them to make "new" images such as other signature tags, stationery, banners, websites, tubes, cards, etc.

If you choose to use a signature tag to decorate your website, you MUST have a no right click script AND the no image toolbar script on the pages the image is to be displayed.
